After 10 years I finally decided to sell my family home. It was a sentimental house and it was a difficult choice to make. Alisa was extremely professional during the entire process while still acknowledging the connection the house had to me. When it came to determining a listing price it did take me a fairly long time to decide. Alisa provided me with a great deal of information to help guide me to the appropriate range. At the end I wanted to list it a bit higher than the research suggested. Alisa never tried to strong arm me on a lower, more attractive price for a realtor but instead talked out the process with me until I came to my decision. We listed the house and within the first 24 hours had an offer that eventually resulted in selling the home at list price! I was very pleased to have the house sell as quickly as it did and the best part was that my amazing tenants were able to stay for the remainder of their lease. Most people like me don’t sell a house everyday so having Alisa take care of pretty much everything was amazing particularly since I didn’t actually live in Victoria. Alisa recently helped my mother and I prepare her house for sale so that she could downsize to a condo.
